I was lucky enough to be given the assignment of checking out the adult casino sites, so I figured I'd dive right in and enjoy it for what it was worth. Surprisingly, it was a short swim.
To make a long story short it looks like the adult-oriented casino sites on the web are in a serious state of flux. A lot of the sites that were there a week ago are currently "down for repairs". What does that mean, exactly? Well, it may have something to do with Softec Systems' recent legal woes. (Softec is the leading provider of casino software with an adult flavor.) PlayersOnly is one of the few adult casinos that I could actually get up and running. Beyond the regular casino games, PlayersOnly offers game tables and cards with pictures of naked women on them. In other words, girlie cards. But these are pretty hot cards, so if that's your thing, party on. Personally, the novelty lasted about 10 minutes. Once you've seen the cards a few times, it's back to the same old game, more or less.

A1Vegas is an adult casino with an Asian theme. They offer service in English and Japanese plus titillating pictures of beautiful, scantil- clad Asian women. No downloads are required but you can't play for free, just for money.
Next stop on my trip through online gambling's seedy underbelly was Pamela Anderson Casino. Now before you get excited let me warn you that, as far as I can tell, this site has absolutely nothing to do with the Pamela Anderson -- not so much as a photo of her. Hasn't that poor girl had enough Internet problems already? Skip this site, unless you want to see one of the tackiest casino graphics to ever grace the web.
There are a number of other sites offering "adult games" and the best advice I can give at this time is: lower your expectations. Nudity sells just about anything and the online casino world is no different. If you want to see skin you're going to have to shop around. Some sites simply offer the regular games with an opening splash-screen of a nude, period. Others have a few tantalizing panels and then the same old games. If the really hot stuff is out there, I haven't seen it yet. I'll let you know when I do.
