With the New York Islanders on the verge of elimination from the NHL playoffs, they will be without the services a vet against the Sabres tonight.

Listed at +265 and down 3-1 in their quarterfinal matchup against the favored Buffalo Sabres, the Islanders found out that they will be without the services of defenseman Sean Hill.

According to TSN, Hill violated the NHL and NHLPA's performance enhancing substances program and will be suspended for 20 games, beginning with tonight's game.
