Even though his name was involved in irregular betting, Nikolay Davydenko will still play at the Rogers Cup.
In fact according to a report in the Canadian Press, Davydenko's spot in the Rogers Cup was never in doubt.
"It is important that we not jump to conclusions, especially when players' reputations could be unfairly tainted," said the ATP executive chairman, Etienne de Villiers.
